Built by Project Managers. Trusted by Professionals.

Practical training for real-world delivery challenges—designed to prepare professionals for what actually happens on projects.

Our Story

PMHAT was established in 2019 by a group of practicing project managers who shared a common frustration: most project management training was overly academic, disconnected from day-to-day project realities.

We had led projects under tight deadlines, managed difficult stakeholders, dealt with scope changes, and delivered under constant pressure. Yet the training available rarely addressed these challenges in a practical way.

That gap became our mission—to create training that blends frameworks with real execution, and certification preparation with real delivery confidence.

The “Hat” Philosophy

Every project manager wears multiple hats—planner, leader, communicator, risk manager, and problem solver.

Our approach prepares professionals for each of these roles, not just for passing an exam.

What started as focused PMP® exam preparation quickly evolved into a full project management training ecosystem. Today, we support professionals across multiple certifications and delivery models.
